overall effectiveness. This dynamic product has been continuously
updated for over twenty years in serving thousands of leaders in Fortune
500 companies and government agencies. |
The online 360° PPA is available in two report forms to facilitate your
company's and client's needs and budget: the Standard Report and the
Comprehensive Report (includes personalized skill building Coaching Tips). These
assessments can also be used as their own follow up instruments 12-18
months later to measure the participant's improvement and to update
the participant's action plan.
These assessments are ideal for companies seeking to identify high
potential employees, groups needing to restructure and create a

This comprehensive assessment provides participants with critical

perceived by themselves, their peers, bosses, customers, and direct
reports. Feedback surveys are completed online, by participants, their
bosses, 3-15 direct reports, 3-15 peers, and 3-15 others.
Participants can also compare their leadership strengths and
weaknesses to the overall strengths and weaknesses of other participants
in their group.
