The 360° Process
|
1. Our online 360° Personal Performance Assessments are convenient and simple
to administer and execute. The initial step is to place an order and indicate
which assessment your client would like to complete. Please complete the order form indicating
the number of individual clients and whether they will be involved in a group or class.
Also, feel free to contact us to discuss your assessment needs.
2. After we have received the order we will send you or the client individual tokens (passwords)
and a URL address.
3. After distributing these tokens to the participants, each participant will go to www.360ppa.com,
click on the "New Client" box, and enter their token. After filling in his/her personal information,
each participant will specify who will evaluate him or her. The average number of evaluators per
person is about 10-15 associates including the participant, but this greatly varies. We allow a
maximum of 35 associates: 1 self, 2 bosses, 15 direct reports, 12 peers, and 5 internal and/or
external customers.
4. The participant will then be assigned tokens for each of his other evaluators. He or she will
then distribute these tokens to each evaluator. The participant must remember that he or she is
also an evaluator and is assigned an evaluator token. This token is different than the one previously
emailed him or her.
5. The evaluators then click on the "Take A Survey" link, enter their token, and complete their
survey. Evaluators will have three weeks from when the participant received the evaluator's tokens
to complete the survey. Evaluators will receive reminder emails, and the participant is encouraged
to remind their evaluators to complete the online survey.
6. When the three weeks are up and/or all evaluators have completed their survey, the participant
is notified and the survey responses are calculated. A report is generated and sent to the
participant and/or the consultant, either in printed or electronic form. The entire process
usually takes 3-5 weeks to complete.
7. Follow Up assessments can then be completed 12-18 months after the original assessment to
identify progress and areas needing further improvement.
