Our 360° Personal Performance Assessments are the finest and most comprehensive 360° feedback systems on the market.

Over the last 25 years, 360° feedback instruments have become a very popular and effective method of evaluating employee
performance. Our 360° PPA feedback systems are very accurate and informative because they obtain data from all of one's
associates including one's boss, peers, direct reports, customers, and from the participant. Obtaining input from all of
the participants' associates significantly reduces biases and, thus, more precisely evaluates the participant. The
comprehensive feedback that is received by those who really know the participant provides a panoramic view (hence the

large database of effective leadership and management attributes and behaviors. These key behaviors have been summarized
into 96 Management Behaviors and 21 Leadership Dimensions. The 360° Personal Performance Assessments evaluate
participants across these 96 Management Behaviors and 21 Leadership Dimensions.
The participants receive a Data Summary of their overall Leadership and
Management strengths and weaknesses. In addition to the Data Summary, each
participant, depending on which assessment is used, is provided over 50 pages of full-color, analyzed, easy to interpret
data in both graphical and statistical form. We are confident that our 360° Personal Performance Assessments will
