Coaching

John Parker Stewart teaches that there are four steps to ensure a positive change in behavior:
  1. Desire - you must want to improve
  2. Awareness - you must be able to identify where and how you need to improve
  3. Action - you must establish a specific and realistic plan of action
  4. Support - you must have one person, if not more, who will support and encourage you as you change
Inevitably, positive change fails because the last step is disregarded or not properly accomplished. Improving and changing one's personal leadership and management performance is a huge undertaking, one that needs encouragement and support every step of the way.

As you and/or your group participates in our assessments, please select someone that can be your confidant and cheer leader. Choose someone who can follow up with you and help give you feedback and encouragement along the way. This person could be your co-worker, boss, peer, customer, friend, mentor, or professional coach.

John Parker Stewart has been coaching individual contributors, supervisors, managers, directors, and executives for the past twenty years. Most of his coaching work is highly confidential. His management and leadership coaching has proven to be very successful. If you are interested in having John or another one of our coaches assist you and/or your organization in creating and implementing an action plan, please email Stewart Systems through the online inquiry form.
