After attending the
University of Colorado, Brigham Young University and finishing his Masters thesis in London, John
taught and worked on his doctorate in organizational
behavior at Michigan State University. John completed
additional doctoral work on executive performance under
Peter Drucker at the Claremont Graduate School of Business.
John headed human resource development for 26,000
employees at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company. After
moving to corporate, he worked with Lockheed divisions
worldwide and initiated, designed, and taught the Lockheed
Executive Institutes. In 1980, John Parker Stewart, founded
Stewart Systems, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in helping
companies achieve significant improvement in overall
performance. John travels extensively training and coaching
Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

John has successfully coached and trained hundreds
of Fortune 500 executives through tailored executive development programs and one-on-one coaching
using his 360° Personal Performance Assessments. John specializes in teaming with executives
to build capability, enhance strategic thinking, and produce results throughout the entire
organization. He has designed and facilitated senior development programs for organizations
such as: Pacific Bell, Citibank, Raytheon, Toshiba, Lockheed Martin, U.S. Dept of Energy,
BP Oil, and Hibernia Bank.
With years of experience and knowledge, John consistently succeeds in unifying
corporate cultures, building teams, and teaching organizations how to effectively
